For instance, if you have an All-In-One printer it probably is not supported. Other problems can occur with USB ports, etc. Microsoft has a few GOOD suggestions at the following website:

In the "CONDITION UNDER WHICH VETERAN WAS RELEASED FROM SERVICE" section, box 1 has the word honorable on the printed form, but uses the word dishonorable on screen. I believe dishonorable would be correct.
By the way, the TerraPro to Quickbooks link is working great!

Here is the reply:
I get a lot of questions about this.... I am trying to figure a way to make it easier.
Go to Envelopes-Labels Click on Open Mailing List Click on the Doctors check box to filter just the doctors on the list. Scroll through the list to find the duplicate doctor Click on the one you want to delete The EDIT button will appear (down below the list) Click on Edit, then either make changes, or Save, then Delete.
Once you are in this edit mode, you can use the Next or Previous buttons to page through the list and delete or make changes.
This same routine applies to clergy and other mailing list entries.
For Locations such as hospitals, churches and cemeteries, the approach is a little different. For these, just right click on the location pulldown menu to get to the locations database, then edit as above.
